2024 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
There is an early-bird discount of $50 for early sign-ups until May 19th!
PLEAS NOTE: a PHYSICAL IS NO LONGER REQUIRED by National Pop Warner, but the medical history form must be filled out completely and signed by a parent or guardian.
The Participation Contract and Medical History forms must be filled out and uploaded as part of the registration process (a scan is best). We will need to collect the signed paper copies by our first practice. Please see the section below for all the documents Pop Warner requires us to collect.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED:
Proof of Age
Proof of age can be either a child's Birth Certificate with raised seal or theiir Passport.
This is required for all NEW players & cheerleaders. Participants from last year do not need to provide this again.
2024-2025 PARTICIPANT CONTRACT AND PARENTAL CONSENT FORM
This form must be uploaded at registration. Participant's name must match birth certificate exactly.
Final Report Card 2023-2024
Last report card of the 2023-2024 school year. Please bring a complete paper copy to the first practice.
2024 Medical History Form
PHYSICALS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED, BUT... this form must be filled out COMPLETELY by parent or guardian, and uploaded at registration.
2024 Football Age Groups:
(Please note that the Pop Warner requires a minimum of 16 registered players in an age group to field a team)
A child’s age on July 31, 2024 is his/her age for the season.
7U ages 6-7
9U ages 7-8-9
11U ages 9-10-11
13U ages 11-12-13
(The league will do “Rookie” football for younger players (6U). Rookie football is either 7 on 7 or 8 on 8 tackle football with coaches on the field, no kicking, and other special rules)
